  • What is the Dress Code?

    Black Tie Preferred

    Women - long formal dresses, ankle length dresses
    (Please do not wear white or cream)

    Men - any dark suit & tie or a tuxedo

  • What Should I Do If I Can't Make It?

    You will be missed!

    If you have already sent your RSVP back with a “Yes” for yourself or anyone else included on your invitation please let Stephanie, Stephen, Dawn, Susan or Eric know as soon as possible.

    If something comes up the day of the wedding, please call Sue Yaszemski [Stephanie’s Mom: (856) 220-3123] or Dawn Perna [Stephen’s Mom: (201) 906-3232] ASAP - the food is great and we will fill your seat!

  • Can I Bring My Children?

    This is an adult only event. Please make other arrangements for your children.

    Please consider this date night with the bride & groom to celebrate with us!

  • Where is the Ceremony?

    The Ceremony will be a Catholic Mass at Old St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Philadelphia (252 S. 4th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106)

  • What Time Should I Arrive at the Church?

    Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony begins; so around 2:10-2:15pm.

    Processionals will start promptly at 2:30pm.

  • Why is a Catholic wedding so long?

    A regular Catholic Mass typically lasts about one hour. When a Catholic wedding seems to last a long time it is because the exchange of vows and rings occurs within the the mass.

    Therefore, you can expect the regular hour-long Mass plus the wedding ceremony.

    Catholic Weddings do not have to include the full Mass. So when they do, it was an important choice the bride and groom made when planning their wedding.

  • Will there be a time gap between the ceremony and cocktail hour / reception?

    Yes - between 3:30 pm and 5:30 pm.

    Transportation will be leaving around 4:45pm from Hotel Monaco to Water Works.

    Champagne greeting at Water Works Engine House opens at 5 pm

  • Is There Transportation Being Provided From Hotels To The Reception?

    Yes, have ample transportation.
    They will be located at the Hotel Monaco on the 5th Street Side
    - Hotel Monaco is on the same block as the Renaissance
    - 3-4 block walk from Old St. Mary’s Catholic Church
    - Short walk from the Marriott Old City

    Anyone attending the wedding is welcome to hop on!

  • Where Do I Park?

    Hotel:
    Hotel guests are responsible for their own parking at their respective hotels.

    Reception:
    For guests not staying over, complimentary valet parking will be offered at the reception, Water Works.
